So we preferred to give the floor to Angélique, our Quality & Innovation coach, so that she could explain to us why she loves her job and what exactly she does for us, our clients, our applicants and our employees.
WHY DID FED ASK YOU TO CREATE A POSITION THAT COMBINES COACHING, QUALITY AND INNOVATION?
Every day, clients express new needs. They want more, better and faster, and the competition is increasingly fierce. The world of recruitment consultancy is no exception. The new generations of employees have new needs and expectations and digital technology is now omnipresent, which is profoundly changing our individual and collective ways of working.
The quality aspect of my role, which I embody, has to evolve to meet the company’s needs. But I also have to position myself as a coach to lead and direct the process.
At Fed, true to its convictions, the management has chosen to work on operational, rather than procedural, quality, creating maximum added value!
WHY DID YOU TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE?
I accepted the challenge set by Fed because I found it to be in line with my vision: the desire to combine goodwill, high standards and performance, always with respect for the employee.
I was also persuaded when the management explained to me why they created my position. I clearly felt that quality was a major focus and that I would be fully supported in my choices.
WHY DO YOU LIKE THIS JOB SO MUCH?
What I liked most about my job is that it allows me to get to know all the teams and their particular challenges, to see the interaction between everyone and to bring an internal client vision to it. I’m convinced that people are the heart and the added value of the company.
Every day, my interaction with all the employees and the challenge are the watchwords, to jointly build the roadmaps for improvement.
At Fed in particular, I’m enthusiastic about the infinite possibilities that I have with the work to be done, and the discussions with committed staff members who play an active role in their everyday lives and are full of ideas. When I leave home in the morning, I know I’m going to join a fulfilling, rewarding and respectful company whose convictions and incredible dynamism I share!
WHAT ARE YOUR AIMS AND YOUR ROADMAP?
- To get best practices and ideas from operational staff and business partners;
- To increase quality, without making teams’ everyday lives harder;
- To continue to digitalise our processes and implement artificial intelligence;
- To get buy-in and be in constant interaction with operational staff and business partners;
- To identify efficient processes that allow flexibility, reactivity and performance; and
- Not to set limits and to be bold in proposals.
WHAT ARE YOUR AMBITIONS FOR THE MONTHS AND YEARS TO COME?
To contribute to the continued development of this fine company, to see the projects through to completion.
