As a major player in the recruitment industry, we are committed to measuring the impact of our decisions and activities not only on society and the environment, but also on our applicants, employees, partners and clients. Groupe Fed's corporate social responsibility is implemented through three types of commitments:

DIVERSITY COMMITMENTS

Because recruiting is our business, we are particularly sensitive to the issues of diversity and non-discrimination. At Fed, our responsibility is to enable our employees and applicants to be recruited, integrated and supported based on the essential criterion of skills.
Aware of our position and our responsibility in a rapidly changing recruitment and placement world, we have made our diversity policy a foundation of values shared by our employees and clients, a breeding ground for innovation and an anchor in the society of today and tomorrow.
Our employees are trained and made aware of this issue from their very first day in the group, so that they can fully master it and assess our applicants on the basis of their skills alone.
To this end, we have set up a dedicated working group, the Diversity Group, made up of volunteer employees from the group's various business lines.
This group's mission is to bring our diversity policy to life by proposing commitments, actions and pragmatic tools to serve employees, applicants and clients.

BUSINESS ETHICS

We are a member of the United Nations Global Compact and are committed to conducting our business in a way that respects human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
Our commitments are detailed in our Charter of Ethical Commitments received by all our suppliers. To ensure the sustainability of our business relationships, we ask them in return to sign it and to pledge to act responsibly.

SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS

We are also committed to promoting and respecting the following social principles from day to day, both with our permanent employees and our temporary workers:

  • Human rights;
  • Relationships and working conditions for each of our employees;
  • Gender equality;
  • Non-discrimination in recruitment; and
  • Skills development and job security

As a responsible company, Groupe Fed has adopted several measures to limit the impact of its activity on the environment, in particular: reasonable management of waste and recycling; attention the CO² emissions of its car fleet; and overall control of its water/energy consumption
The company and its employees also adhere to the Green Fed initiative, which aims to reduce as much as possible the use of single-use plastics (cutlery and glasses etc.) in favour of their recycled equivalents (bamboo cutlery and washable cups and glasses etc.). Through various solidarity initiatives, Fed also works with external partners. For instance, it donates work uniforms to the charity La Cravate Solidaire, and is involved in-house walking challenges to help reforestation etc.
